I understand that Dell is responsible for their drivers, but Dell claims it
is not their driver, but a glitch in the software on my computer-which would
be fixed if I reinstalled XP. That would be highly inconvenient, and seems
unlikely to result in a successful resolution of the problem since these
install problems seem to be, as I said, a "known issue." My question is
whether this is a driver or an operating system problem, and who or what runs
or wrote AIOC.exe???
