Hello
I am trying to set up this printer but i'm having difficulties. When i connect it a message comes up saying
"The software you are installing for this hardware:
Printers
has not passed Windows logo testing to verify its compatability with Windows XP.
It then displays a message warning of how it may destabilize the correct operation of my system and strongly recommends i do not continue.
If i click on the box to continue anyway another box pops up which reads:
The file "BH2040,PPD on Brother Lazer Printer Driver Disk is needed. Type the path where the file is located then click ok."
I am unaware of where the driver disk is or where the file is located. I have tried a few times to download a driver for this printer but to no avail, i am simply left with a temporary file with lots of sub files and a lot of confusion.
If anyone can guide me as to where i am going wrong i would be greatly appreciative.
