Is it possible to use other than ink #220 & 221 in a
Canon Pixma 620

The ink specification is in the manual.

I don't own any Canon, but I know it's possible as some companies selling
special ink (Black and Grey ink) for people who want to print B&W only. And
some model of HP has option to switch a Photo ink color to print better
photo.
