cant print colours?

i cant seem to be able to print using colour and black and whit is a bit
faded looking. I have changed my settings etc.. but to no avail, please how
can i fix the problem, I have also reinstalled my printer as well also to no
avail. I am a beginner also which does not help!

Brand and model of your printer would be helpful. Your statement Is like
going to the doctor and state "I have a pain, can you fix it?" Make sure you
have ink in the cartridges and if you have an ink level check feature, use
that to check it. Or check the printer properties that it is set to print in
colour.

i have a lexmark x75 the cartridge is full and i have checked properties,
any idea?

Make sure you are not in 'draft' mode.
