To all-

How can I determine which ink cartridge needs replacing
on my Deskjet 882C when the print quality goes away?

Run the nozzle cleaning utility and head cleaning utilities that are
generally part of your HP software. If one cartridge is out of ink, you
should be able to tell which one.
