I have a spare IP4000 I want to put away for a while. What is the best way
to store it.

Do I take out the INK, Clean the heads and store them in a sealed bag?

Don't want to ruin it.

Thanks

Mike

If you don't want to ruin it, leave the ink in [see countless posts on
this very subject in this very NG]
Put the printer in a refuse plastic sack and seal the sack.

What I do is cut a small piece of felt like material and tape it to the
print head. Then I saturate the felt with head cleaner and seal the
package in multiple layers of air tight bagging. I also leave a piece
of wet toweling in the bag.
