Dotted Lines Around All Cells

When I open the file, I worksheet print area has changed and now includes
more pages than I want. When I drag the dotted line down to remove the page
break, the entire worksheet now has dotted lines all around every cell.

If I go to print preview and change the print area to be 1 by 42 pages (the
prior print setting) it tell me that my margins do not fit my page size.

Help please!
