duplex problem with HL 5240

i have a HL 5240 , old model

i need to print duplex, but never succeed, first this is not an auto-duplex printing

have tried the official method to manually print it, but not success,

the printer can't detect to attract the paper after the odd number of printing

Would like to ask if there are any solution to this
