Epson Photo 950 - Nozzle Check problem

Epson Stylus PHOTO 950

When I print out my nozzle check Yellow has some black lines in it. Have tried Magic Bullet and used a syringe with cleaning fluid to flush but no improvement.
Has anyone else experienced this and resolved it?

Printer is not used often.
