Motive Directory is a program related to monitor resolution and specific to
Dell PCs.... you'd have to contact Dell for resolution with that... but I
suggest you uninstall the printer and then reinstall.
I'm not sure what you're doing posting in a WindowsME operating system
newsgroup because ME bears no resemblance to 2000... but follow my
instructions for printer removal and installation for XP which is the same
as 2000.
