I just installed new ink cartridges but the black ink didn't print propery. (There are so many faint areas.) I did the head cleaning but it didn't work. Instead, the ink memory became too low. Person from ink company told me that I need to clean the cartridge box and ink head by q-tips and alcohol. It didn't work either. What else should I do? Is it time to change the new printer?
