Getting a Printout With The Error

We've been having a small printing issue for the last week or so, where, when
trying to print documents from MS Word or MS Excel, we end up getting a
printout with the following:





PCL XL error:





Subsystem: KERNEL


Error: IllegalOperatorSequence


Operator: EndChar


Position: 23
