Hello group,

I have an HP C-3180 printer/scanner/copier and Windows Vista Home Premium
32-bit. When I print something, all seems OK until after the printing job is
done. A couple of seconds later, I get an error message saying the cartridge
cradle cannot move, and telling me to check for paper jams or other
obstructions. There are none. I then have to power the printer off and on
again before I can continue printing.

This problem has just surfaced after using the printer for a long time with
no problems. Same paper I've always used, if that matters.

I have all relevant Windows updates. Anyone run into this problem?

Thanx
