Minolta / QMS 2300DL quality? value?

I have an opportunity to pick up a new Minolta Magicolor 2300DL color laser
for $225.00, and was looking for any opinions on its reliability/quality.

I know toner is very expensive - but it can't be any more expensive per page
than my Phaser 850 was. (It wastes $30 of ink every time you turn it on!)

What about toner refill kits for the 2300DL? Any problems or suggestions?
