MP370 External ink bottle

I have a canon MP370 connected to a print server and was wondering if it was possible to replace the ink cartridges with an external bottle of ink, I will only require B&W printing so that will make it fairly simple i think, Just wanted to see if anyone has attempted anything like this before???
