pixima Pro9000 mark II

Hi, I'm new to the forum, any forum for that matter so I'm not sure if I'm doing this correct. however if anyone would possibly be able to help I would appreciate it. I have a piximaPro9000 mark II. When I go to print a photo, in the setup window for choosing paper type,size & orientation etc.. all is normal. When i select print & the preview window opens the photo appears to look as tho it had a posterization filter from an editing program placed on it. All details are outlined in black & all colors are posterized is the only way I can describe it. I had this issue once before some time ago & don't remember what I did to correct the problem. I am greatful for any suggestions. Thanks Kim
