In-place server upgrade NT4->W2K

Colleagues,

We wish to upgrade in-place a few NT4 servers to Win2K. Most of these
servers have about 60 printers on them. Will everything be OK? Or, will we
get to work on Monday, and lots of people won't be able to print?
