Print photo with file name

Generally I prefer and use to view and print by the following method

I select photo - Open with windows picture and fax viewer - click on printer
button which opens photo print wizard - next - I select the photos of that
folder and printer of my need and print 4 photos in one page. It works
perfect. General I need to print in 40 to 50 photos per day for filing
purpose. As my jobs relates to warranty of our product line.

Now present need at office is to print the photo with file name at bottom. I
mean all the 4 photos of the page should have file name at each bottom space.

Please advise me what additional method I should use to do this.
