This depends on your printer driver and it's options. Usually, there is a
"scale" or "fit to page" option that may solve the problem.
Another method may also work. A picture utility can generally resize the
picture, and/or reduce the resolution. Depending on the source of the
picture, and type of file, the picture file may have incorrect size data,
and yet still be readable.
Picture utilities such as Irfan viewer and LW viewer are available as
freeware or shareware.
