Yes, it prints 150x100 mm sheets (100mm, 4" width). It doesn't mean it could
print on the same width rolls. May the software doesn't support such roll
widths.
I'm interested on printing rolls, not only long paper like 1-1.5m (3-5 ft).
I think that someone own such a printer would answer this question.

Paper sizes from specifications:
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/c...egory=Products :
4" x 6", 5" x 7", 8" x 10", A4 (8.3" x 11.7" ), letter (8.5" x 11"), legal
(8.5" x 14"), 11" x 14", 12" x 12", B (11" x 17"), A3 (11.7" x 16.5"), Super
B (13" x 19"), user definable, plus 8.3" and 13" wide panoramic roll papers

Custom settings will allow long prints.

So where does it say Epson make 4" roll paper??? So it can't be
done?????????

Lets start again but perhaps you don't want to read it correctly and
snipped the information to suit.

Long prints are 112 cm (44 inches) long. If you put a 30 meters (100 feet)
long roll, after the first print on the first 1 meter (3 foots) you will get
the rest of the whole roll on your hand. It will try to clear the paper
path! ;-)

May, it has only two settings for rolls, 8.3" and 13". If you put another
size may (for my opinion most possible) it reject the roll (turn it
backward), and say that the roll is not the correct size.
Why the R2400 specifications refers 4", 8.3" and 13" roll papers?
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/c...egory=Products
If it printed any roll size, it would said 'user definable roll size 5" to
13" '. Most possible the driver would have only two selections for rolls
(8.3 and 13).
Only someone who own the R2880 printer can answer the question I asked, if
try to set a size and try to print on roll (or at least a long paper).

So what your saying is if we place a 13" roll paper on the feed rollers
then it won't stop at the length of the print it will feed all of the
roll to the floor. What a load of rubbish.

Oh and BTW it has a 4" setting. Just Epson don't offer that width paper.
