Randy -

Excel treats them as separate print jobs if the worksheets have different
page set-ups - for example the first four pages are set-up as Portrait and
the last two in Landscape.
I do not know of a workaround where it will print them to one file.

Anyone?

I just started using a software product called pdf995 (www.pdf995.com). The
default is that each print job is a separate file, however there is a setting
in the ini file that can be changed that would then print remaining print
jobs to the same pdf.
