We are printing our own product catalog and are currently using a Xerox Phaser 8550. The problem with the Phaser is because it uses solid ink blocks like wax when we print on glossy paper you can scratch the ink right off the paper. Would a color laser be better? What type of printer do the professionals use?

How much are you looking to spend and how often will you be using the printer?
