1200 dpi (not 600) on HP P2015?

When I click into the printer section where supposedly it should give an option to upgrade the 600 dpi up to 1200 dpi, this is not available as an option.

Searching online, I have found others have had a similar problem, though I have not seen any solution.

I downloaded the HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 though it didn't appear to make any difference.

I have Windows 7 installed.
