Is it something easy like buying a new toner cartridge thing? Or something else ? (I don't really know a lot of things about printers )
I am using a Brother hl- 1110 by the way.
Is there any toner on the drum unit? If there isn't any toner on the roller of the drum then all you need is a new cartridge. If you have toner on the drum as well, you will need to buy both.
The drum unit is what the cartridge sits in. See image below.
