I use 80 gsm paper which one can buy for £2.50 or £3.00 at Asda. My problem is the binding. I do have 'hole' making machines but they are very difficult to align correctly. What I do at the moment is pay my local printing company £3.00 to make 4:1 holes in the paper ream and then use a spiral to bind my books.
