Brother 5450-DN is offline, can't bring it back online

Hello. Had a power outtage. When power came back, we could not get the printer to print. It turns on, prints a demo page if asked. Will not print a test page. Documents sent to it stay in que, you can see them in the print window. Never get an error, and they never print. It is on a network and on a server with Windows 2008. We cannot print to it from either direction. The printer is about a year old.
We have tried:

• Turned off and unplugged ALL cords. (15 minutes off one of the times)
• Cleared the documents out each time it was clear they would not print.
• Attempted to print from 4 different computers that have access.
• Did a reset (with the 10 press go instructions)
• Did a reset (with the 8 press go instructions)
• Checked all cabling at both ends several times.
• Rebooted computers.

This appears to be way over my head. Can someone help out please?

UPDATE:

• Installed all missing updates on servers
• rebooted servers

still no effect
