Two questions about my new Canon MG4250:
It prints black and white documents very lightly and if I increase the intensity from zero to three it improves slightly but not by very much.
Question 1: once this intensity 3 is set (on the machine screen) will it stay at that setting for ever?
I guess that the manufacturers install only small ink cartridges in new machines and that mine are running out, so I thought that I would look for their current condition.
Unless I am being stupid, which is possible, there is no way to simply press a button to find ink status.
The manual is, to me, incredibly difficult to understand, with no mention of ink level or replacement.
I know it is bound to be somewhere but I'm sure that the manual writers could make life simpler for people like me who with luck might only ever need the cartridge replacement instructions.
