I'm brand new here, and hoping to get some info about a problem I'm having with my printer. I'm getting an odd banding issue that seems to just happen in one area of the print, and mostly seems to have to do with the magenta. I'm attaching an image so you can see what I'm talking about.
I've run nozzle checks and done several cleaning, power cleans, color pairs, and am not seeing any issues with clogged nozzles. I did a print head alignment and it looked fine, but when I do the nozzle check there appears to be a slight misalignment in the black lines between the vivid magenta and matte black channels. (See attached)
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
