I have a Dell Computer. Started having issues with my Kodak printer after Windows 10 installed. I went out and bought a brand new printer (This is actually a new Dell computer as well May-2016) - Epson Expression Home XP-434. Anyways, I can not get the printer software to download. I tried it from the disc as well as downloading it from the Epson website. Every time it downloads it goes to 15% of installing the drivers and just stays there, no error codes, just hangs. I have been trying for over a week even let it run all night, cleaned out all temp files as well.

My operating system is Windows 10.
System
Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
RAM 8 GB
64 bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Used space 143GB
FREE space 775GB

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, Beverlee

Hi Beverlee,

Sounds like the software is corrupted but wouldn't expect that to be true of the CD and downloaded files. I'd be tempted to go to the Epson support pages and click on the live chat function - that'll get you through to a techie that might be able to help.

Good luck

Steve
