Error TS - 02

How is a complete novice to understanding this situation. I have followed instructions about switching off, going to the menu etc. several times. The wireless on my computer is fine. 24 hours this has been going on. All the lingo is foreign. Is this fixable or should I return it to the store? I need a printer urgently.
