Attached is a test page from my printer (HP Color LaserJet 2605dn)
As you can see, it has streaks which are black/blue. I have tried the Cleaning function on the printer and using those "sticky" cleaning pages, but the problem persists. I think the toner cartridges are faulty (C, M, and Y are non-HP), or maybe the blade that scrapes the drums clean. What would you think its the problem? I'm not afraid to open it up and fix things (I opened it before to clean the lens. It is a usual problem for the red for this printer), but I am not sure what the problem is in the first place. I don't want to buy brand new cartridges and find out that this doesn't fix the problem and that it is beyond fixable.
