I have had this issue for a long time.
The issue is that the printer jams when pulling from tray 3, not all the time but often enough for people to want to take a hammer to the machine.
What happens is the printer starts to pull from tray 3 but fails and shows there is a jam on the display, open tray 3 and there is no jam it just hasnt been able to lift the paper. Close the tray and off it goes again for a while until the same thing happens again.
Our printer people changed the roller a while back which is fine but beyond that have not been able to help.
Does anyone have any suggestions, eg is it possible to adjust the tray/roller somehow?
