ip7250 CD Tray stuck in printer

Hi,
I tried to print on a CD today. I placed the CD tray in as far as the alignment arrows. The printer than sucked the tray into the machine and now has the error amber light flashing and no contact with the PC. I cannot move the tray or get it back out. Has anyone suffered this problem before and found out how to remove the tray please ?
