I installed a new Lexmark black XL cartridge. Before the installation, of course, since I was out of black ink, pages were printing out only in cyan, magenta, and yellow. I installed the new black cartridge, and now get no printing at all, in any color. I turned the printer off and on again, ran the alignment -- nothing. Any ideas?
