Multiple Networks With One Printer

I have the service providers modem/router configured for network "A", connected to this is a Linksys router configured for networks "B" and "B-Guest". The Brother 2270dw is connected to the "B" network. Is it possible to access the printer from any of the established networks? As it is I can only access it from network "B". I don't know if this matters but I also have a NetGear range extender connected to the "A" network. Any information on how to configure the system for printer access from any network would be greatly appreciated.
