I have a Lexmark Z640 inkjet. I don't use it much but it has always worked fine up till now. Recently I had to renew the cartridges but I found that only the black would print. I bought another 2 colour cartridges, they're all refills not new, but still only the black would print. Then someone advertised the same printer on ebay that had never been used so I got that so I could use the same cartridges. It's still the same, black is fine but no colour whatsoever. I've tried using damp cloths or running water on the cartridges but still nothing. Can anyone suggest what's wrong?
