We had two of these printers and lost a lot of business because of constant down time. We ended up buying a Xerox Phaser 7800 and so far it's been brilliant. The downside with the Xerox is that you can only put about 20 sheets of card in at a time and you have to confirm on the printer itself every time you put in new card that it is indeed the same size/colour/orientation.
