I have an Oki M562 dnw which was purchased July 2016 and up to now has been great.
I replaced all of the toner cartridges with no Oki cartridges and now the printer is showing printer error 231 error 03 which according to Oki means that the printer will not recognise non Oki toners. Am I right in thinking that this become unfair trading? e.g. making users purshase expensive toner instead of using less expensive alternatives. In a way that's like buying a car and being told that you can only use expensive manufacturers fuel.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?
