We have in the office a Canon pixma MG3150. The printer head has become seriously mis-aligned. Whenever I try to re-align the printer it jams on the second sheet of paper so I have to stop the process. Any suggestions or ideas to fix this?
Paper jamming is not particularly a problem with this printer, it's only when trying to re-align the printer head that it jams (possibly because of the extra work?) We run Windows 7 (if it's relevant) and driver is up to date. The problem actually started when the office administrator changed the black ink cartridge.
