PRINT PROBLEM CANON MF4890DW

I HAVE A CANON MF4890DW Printer on a network, prints fine every time from 3 of the 4 office computers but intermittently has a massive grey bar across printout from 4th computer, any ideas what is wrong?

Maybe the 4th computer is corrupted with a computer virus. Try to reformat the affected computer if it will resolve the problem.
