Since upgrading to window.....s 10 (mistake on my part) my printer hasn't been scanning files to my scan folder. I've tried troubleshooting this monster for a few hours and well our friend google has't taught me anything.

The error message I keep getting when attempting to scan is as follows;

Scanning
Failed.
Check Settings and check scanned files status

when I go through and remap the file folder it says it is successful.

Anything you guys know would be great, I'm assuming it's just a window 10 bug
