Ricoh Pro C5100S paper catalog grayed out

Would anyone know how I would go about troubleshooting fixing our paper catalog on our Ricoh Pro C5100S Fiery-rip driven printer.
We use Command Workstation software installed on Mountain Lion OSX machines to print to this printer. Our paper catalog on the printer menu suddenly became grayed out and we cannot find any menus to "turn it back on".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
