Ricoh SP C410DN "Printer In Error State"

I have a Ricoh SP C410DN giving "printer in error state" when trying to send a test page to the printer.

It is on our local network. Trying to print from both Windows 7 and 10 machines.

Does anyone know of any solutions for this?
