For a $50 laser printer it works alright, the scanner/software is just lame.

Anybody know if other scanner software will work with this unit, using the usb port it only saves as pdf, we need jpg. The scan times are incredibly slow Win 7/8/8.1.

Have just went back to the old Cannon flatbed to get work done.
