Hi all,
I have a printer which I haven't used in a while which showed on the display that it needs a new Yellow, Cyan and Magenta toner. (The Yellow, Cyan, Magenta and status lights are red) So I purchased a new set of toners only to find that once they have been installed the printer still shows the same error. Before I replaced the toners, the black toner said it was 36% full and even after replacing the black toner it still says its only 36% full. Yellow, Cyan and Magenta toners are shown on the computer to be 0% full.
