Turning on Pixma MG5700 from Win10

The messages coming when installing my new Pixma MG5751 said it was possible to turn it on from the PC. The manual does have instructions but they seem to be aimed at Win8.1 and I don't see the same features in the printer driver window that the manual talks about.

Has anyone found how to do this from a Windows 10 PC?
