my currently company is running both of these printers on Windows 7. The FJet is running Colormaster 4.8 and the xJet is running ColorMaster 4.6. I just started here and they have let me know that the warranty has run out due to the lack of the customer service that was given to them with the $10,000 it costed with the contract. I have a couple questions on it and I cant find the answers anywhere and maybe someone on here could help me out!
1. we tried to upgrade the 4.6 to the 4.8 and the whole thing crashed. Does anyone know why?
2. is there a way to update the PANTONE colors it recognizes?
3. IS there newer softeware of the Colormaster that would fix these problems?
4. Does anyone have any better recommendations to presses similar for small branding items with good customer service?
5. Is there an easy way to remove the ink from the metal jigs other than scarping them? Does anyone know about the InkAway Inkcups makes and if it is worth it?
