Unable to connect to a Network printer after installing AV softwar

I had to update all of my AV software on a laptop in my home PC. The laptop
is connect to a server on a wireless network. before installing the software
all 3 of my home PC's could connect and print.

Now this one laptop with the upgrade to Norton AV no longer is able to
connect. I can see the printer in my Printer and Faxes window.

What do I do???
