I haven't worked with an Artisan myself, but I've used dozens of Epsons.
From time to time I've seen a C84 grab paper at an angle and mangle it.
Cleaning the rubber roller that feeds the paper fixed the situation in every
case. I've also used a product called Roller Rejuvenator by Techspray and
found it works well. One practice I usually follow is when using any premium
inkjet paper is to use it from the same company that makes the printer,
unless the second party paper has already been tested to work with a
specific printer in mind.
