Hi,

I have a Minolta scan elite 5400 film scanner and need a flatbed
scanner. Mostly for scanning photographs, but also normal text/magazine
pages.

I use Vuescan on Linux as scanning software and want to continue with
that. Can any of you recommend a flatbed scanner WITHOUT film scanning,
compatible with Vuescan? Price range about 100-200 USD.

Thx!

Ralf

Thanks. That's in my price range. The Canon 8600F is unfortunately not
supported in Linux by Vuescan; only on Windows and Mac.

Do you have any other suggestions?
